Q&A

Can't I just share a link? Yes, you can, but most people won't open a random link for security reasons, and it's nearly always an awkward moment. RepGro removes this problem.

What if customers don't have NFC enabled? Most new phones now have this enabled, but we provide instructions to make this seemless, and if that doesn't work, which is fairly unlikely, they can use the QR code. Finally, if all else fails, your staff member can open their own phone and offer other options.

How does it help my business? Your staff will be able to collect reviews, sell products, and collect payments, helping increase your brand and sales at scale, although we do suggest training staff first, which takes just a few minutes.

Once I order, what happens? We use all the information provided to build your page and design your card. Once this is complete, your cards and instructions are sent in the mail, which usually takes around 10 days.

Can I request a different card design? You can, but the design is more for staff use than use as a business card, so special designs would incur extra cost and take longer to make.

Which review sites can I link to? If you provide the name of the site, we will find the link. On the self managed platform their integrations to connect other platforms to make it easy to set up.

How do I change my link page in the future? You will be given full access to the link page and can make alterations 24/7, or if you choose the SEO monthly package, we will manage everything for you.

How does the self managed version work? You get cards within 2 days delivered and the link to the platform straight after registration allowing you to set up your page ready for when the cards arrive.

Is there training available for the self managed platform? Yes there is a page and video guide dedicated to this available after registration. The free blog membership is also a great help as a performance guide.
